Caption Contest Winner

Sadly, I don't have any fantastic prizes to offer, but I will buy myself a lottery ticket and share the winnings with the Caption Contest Winner........ Whitters! They were all good and I give an Honorable Mention to Craig for his hilarious Sanford & Son reference.

Best use of a Romeo & Juliet Quote Award goes to Whitters: "O happy dagger! This is thy sheath; there rust, and let me die."

Not only was that MY response initially, but mad props to Whitters for her ability to quote Shakespeare in an unlimited variety of situations. That's a skill that you just don't see everyday.

The AWWWWW How Cute Award category is a tie:

Beth said: "See Mom? I'm getting so big that I can reach past the crack in the cushion while my feet are touching the back!"

Aubrie said: "Maybe if I strike this ever so dramatic, soap-opera-esqe pose, my human parents will take pity on me and give me Meow Mix!"

And the Best Use of a Sanford & Son reference goes to Craig:

Craig said: "It's the big one. You hear that Elizabeth? I'm comin' to join you."

Thanks for playing! And remember, everyone is a winner really! (Y'all rock!)

The Sanford & Son caption nearly had me spit coffee on my keyboard, instead it's rolling around my sinuses (ouchie) . . . Craig should start a site where people submit pet photos, and he legitamizes them with captions.

I feel so uncultured for using Sanford and Son quotes when others quoted Shakespeare.

Betti, Thanks and I'm sorry about the coffee induced pain.
